About Our Services
The Site provides general information about Primary POCUS and the consulting, training, billing support, and program design services we offer to healthcare organizations. Specific services are delivered under separate written agreements that govern scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and any handling of protected health information.
Use of this Site does not create a consulting, advisory, business associate, employment, or any other contractual relationship between you and Primary POCUS.

The content on this Site, including material related to point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), clinical applications, imaging techniques, and procedural guidance, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMARY POCUS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

Material changes will be communicated through the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreements between you and Primary POCUS, constitute the entire agreement between you and Primary POCUS regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements regarding the same subject matter.
