Health Information and HIPAA
Our Site is not intended for the collection of protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, clinical details, or any other PHI through our contact forms, email, or scheduling tools.
When Primary POCUS provides consulting, training, or billing support services to healthcare organizations in a manner that may involve PHI, we enter into a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the covered entity client. PHI handling under those engagements is governed by the BAA and HIPAA, not by this Privacy Policy.
