Health Information and HIPAA

When Primary POCUS provides consulting, training, or billing support services to healthcare organizations in a manner that may involve PHI, we enter into a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the covered entity client. PHI handling under those engagements is governed by the BAA and HIPAA, not by this Privacy Policy.
